Our founder is a local with a head office in Cirencester, and his goal is to deliver a very honest gym offering, that exceeds all expectations. The approach is simple and flexible with one, very low price of £14.99 pcm achieving great value for money without compromise of the facilities.

The Kiss Ethos

We are very proud of our awesome personal training team. We have professional mixed martial arts fighters, marines, soldiers, marathon runners, football coaches, rugby players and highly qualified scientists. We have increased what we offer as part of our membership for the same low price by including a packed schedule of branded classes which are delivered by the best instructors we could find, all FREE to members. These include Kiss Spin, Kiss My Bells, Zumba, Aeroblast, Pilates, Bootylicious, Kiss my Abs and the extreme KISS OF DEATH.

Kiss Equipment
Kiss Gym Swindon offer an incredible range of state of the art gym equipment including: two specially floored free weights areas, one for dumbbells and one for Olympic barbells; a functional training area containing functional cable machines, ViPRs, kettle bells and TRXs; also a purpose built studio for all of our classes. If you are starting out a new gym regimen we recommend that you attend one of our FREE gym inductions at:

Weekdays 1pm & 6pm
Weekends 1pm

Bring your gym kit and wait by the seating area outside of the office. One of our awesome personal trainers will come and make sure you are familiar with all of our equipment.

Feel free to ask as many questions as you like and our personal trainers will dispel any myths or concerns that you have standing in the way of your progress, we really have a very talented group of personal trainers to choose from.

The sessions lasts around half an hour and are scheduled at 1pm and 6pm daily (but just grab staff member if these times aren't convenient – you will find them always happy to help)
