Q. Do have showers and changing rooms?
A. Yes, male and female changing rooms with showers and lockers secured by your own padlocks (vending machines for padlocks if you don't have) and even hair dryers!
Q. When are you staffed?
A. The gym is staffed from 8am to 8pm daily (approx) by our own staff as well as self-employed personal training staff, who can be booked via our website.
Q. What happens out of hours?
A. You are able to let yourself in with a PIN code and whilst we don't provide staff out of hours, we provide 24 hour CCTV coverage, reactive monitoring (e.g. in case of break in or fire) periodic CCTV sweeps and help points (linked to a 24 hour call station).
Q. Do you have free weights and what do they go up to?
A. Yes we have extensive free weights, please see the equipment section for more information.
Q. Will you have classes?
A. Not initially, but we may add classes later (spinning, yoga, Pilates etc) 12 months after we open, when we take over the rest of the space within the building (depending on where the demand is).
Q. Do you have a swimming pool and sauna?
A. No. Swimming pools and saunas are expensive (so we'd have to considerably increase our prices to you) and would stop us offering 24 hour access, so we've decided to keep things simple and focus on providing a high quality gym experience, at a very low price.
Q. Do you offer inductions?
A. Yes, optional free inductions are carried out at 1pm, 6pm and 6:30pm daily (1pm at weekends) no need to book, 10 people limit.

Q. Can I share my PIN code with my friends?
A. No, your PIN code is personal to you. Please be aware that we store a photograph of you every time your PIN is used and we always review usage of flagged and random samples. Events of misuse will always result in a life time ban, as the only way we can maintain our low prices is to ensure each user has their own account.
Q. How do I cancel my membership?
A. Simply cancel your direct debit through your bank, no need to inform us. Please be aware that you membership will stop immediately, so the trick would be to cancel your direct debit a couple of days before your regular payment date (same day of the month as your joining date) in order to maximise your access.
Q. Can I make changes to my regular payment date, or make a one off payment by credit card (e.g. for missed payments?)
A. Yes, please contact the company below (who process and manage payments on our behalf) and please be aware, missed payments attract a £20 admin fee, so please contact them well in advance if in any doubt about your ability to pay your monthly fee!

Q. Can I freeze my membership?
A. Yes, as above, please contact tel 0871 876 01 42 and they can freeze your account for up to four months (no access) @ £5 per month.
Q. Can drop in and look around?
A. Yes no problem, please just drop in any time 8am to 8pm (11am to 5pm weekends) and someone will show you around (no need to make an appointment)
Q. I've received confirmation of my payment, but no email with my PIN number, what do I do?
A. If you are Hotmail, AOL, yahoo or MSN it will almost certainly be in your spam box (for some reason this lot think we are spam!). Alternatively you can retrieve your PIN from the link on our home page - or do email and we'll send you your welcome email again.

Our air exchange system has the ability to change the entire air within the gym nine times per hour, that's once every 7 minutes. That's a huge volume of air within a church like building of 8.5m in height.
We've invested heavily in technology to do away with traditional reception areas and bubble gum chewing reception staff. You sign up on this website, then simply let yourself in 24 hours a day with a PIN code.
