I got into fitness just under 4 years ago due to losing my hearing 100% in one ear overnight. I was advised to do different kinds of exercise in order to re-balance my brain since I suffered from vertigo and my balance was affected badly. This really helped me, and I’ve been hooked ever since – so much so that I obtained all my qualifications whilst working full time so that I could help others and motivate people to keep going even when life is tough.
