The distinguishing characteristics of afrobeat dance are undulating hip movements, powerful high-energy steps, and strong core-based movements.
BARBELL is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – FAST! The key to BARBELL is the ‘REP effect’.
