 AFROBEAT is a class focused on various street dance styles that emerge from urban environments from across Africa such as coupe decale from Ivory Coast, azonto from Ghana and soukous from Congo. The music often possesses fast tempos and a blend of heavily percussive instruments, vocals, and sounds influenced by Yoruba music, house music and funk. The distinguishing characteristics of afrobeat dance are undulating hip movements, powerful high-energy steps, and strong core-based movements.   

BARBELL is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – FAST! The key to BARBELL is the ‘REP effect’. A breakthrough in fitness training focusing on high repetition movements with low to moderate weight loads that will help you achieve strength and introduce lean body muscle conditioning.  

BODYTONE is all about targeting the least favourable areas and make them firmer. A head to toe strength and toning workout achieved through high repetition, non-cardio exercises that incorporate using body weight, barbells, dumbbells etc. You’ll learn techniques needed to build strength and increase endurance. If you enjoy toning and honing and working to the sound of music, you'll very much like what Bodytone has to offer.

BOOTCAMP is group physical training program designed by former military personnel. The training will mix traditional callisthenic and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training exercises. (NB: This class takes place on the gym floor/boxing area).  

CODE RED is a high-energy workout where we go against the clock with high intensity exercises. Look better naked as you increase your fitness levels while improving strength, toning muscles and maximising calorie burn. Do you have what it takes?

CORE STABILITY is core/abdominals with muscle balancing conditioning class that will increase overall spinal strength and stability, much essential for posture and health, as well as tone and condition all major muscles of the torso. The goal is to move safely, effectively and pain free in all situations. Improve mobility in the shoulders, cervical/thoracic spine & hips and dynamic stability in the lumbar spine (lower back).  

HIIT & ABS kicks off with a high-intensity interval training – a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. It is designed to boost your metabolism with HIIT and summon your six-pack and carve your core at the same time with an ABS finisher.    

JUMPING FITNESS VIDEO is about injecting the fun-factor into exercise as you bounce and bop your way to a killer bod at this bangin' fitness class! Jumping Fitness combines specially designed low impact, high energy, very intense workout routines on mini trampolines led by a pro teacher accompanied by a motivational playlist. Jumping Fitness will have you feeling pumped and stunningly sore.  

KICKBOXING is the ideal cross-training noncontact total body workout that combines martial arts techniques and minute long bouts of powerful, intense and repetitive movements such as punches, kicks, and knee strikes. Kickboxing will greatly improve on general fitness, upper and lower body power, flexibility and agility; acquire better balance and coordination simultaneously. Tone the abs, blast fat and attain slender look while benefiting heart and lung health. 

LEVEL UP is the ultimate circuit training to target strength building and muscular endurance combined with a complex training aiming at improving the athletic performance. In contrast to traditional strength training approaches, alternates biomechanically comparable resistance exercises with plyometric activities. (NB: This class takes place on the gym floor/boxing area).  

NU U SESSION is a high impact and plyometrics circuit-based class. This class is designed to stretch your physical and mental aptitude. Building lean muscle but yet obliterating stubborn body fat. This is a complete body workout for people that wish to push themselves in a fun and active way. 

PEDAL POWER is a workout that combines spin and strength training. It is a dynamic, fast-paced interval workout, designed to be the perfect end to your day. It's based largely on cardio training techniques but with a twist that has been proven to not only burn significantly more calories during, but after your workout as well. It will be the ride of your life!

PILATES is a low-impact workout that specialises on the core, although the exercises work other areas of your body as well. Expect the moves to involve slow, precise movements and breath control. The emphasis is on the balanced development of the body through core strength, flexibility, and awareness to support efficient, graceful movement while maintaining and improving postural alignment - a full-body exercise method that will help you do everything better.

RUNNING CLUB is for those of you who love running or want to start running. We hit the road first thing on a Sunday morning and enjoy some fresh air and possibly good weather. Running is made fun and engaging just so to help you stay motivated and push through you goals or set new ones. Great way to get some exercise done outdoors and get social at the same time. Meet in the bar area to your right as you enter through the pods.

SPIN provides an excellent and effective interval workout ideal for people of all levels of fitness and experience. Fast paced no breaks indoor cycling class that will take you on a simulating journey through a varied terrain as you tackle hill climbs, power accelerations, leg isolations, sprints and other, all to the beat of powerful music from a specially tailored playlist. Improve cardiovascular and muscle endurance, build muscle tone and strengthen the core all under optimal calorie burn.

STRONG where the music is crafted to drive the intensity in a challenging progression that provides a total body workout. The result? A group fitness experience like no other! Moving in sync with music makes you work harder. This class will push you past your plateaus to help you reach your fitness goals faster. Using your own body weight, you will gain muscular endurance, tone, and definition, and you will experience an increased afterburn. 

THEME SPIN Everybody loves a good theme playlist!! Whether it be based on single artist, current events, upcoming holidays or whatever the mood strikes, the carefully selected tracks will take your SPIN to another level. THROWBACK DANCE is an easy fit for anyone who has an ear to appreciate some good 80's & 90's old school & anthems and is looking to dance it off. Classes integrate dance movements for effective exercise with easy to follow steps. All routines are fun, sexy, sassy and full of character so you’ll have no other choice but to just go for it! Time to boost your confidence and sensuality! A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of AWESOME each time you leave class! 

TOTAL CIRCUIT or workout through a cycle of hand-picked exercises targeting different muscle groups with minimal resting periods in between. This circuit training is a combination of high-intensity aerobic and weight / bodyweight resistance training exercises designed to be easy to follow, give you a great whole-body workout, and target strength building and fat loss.

YOGA Learn the foundations of yoga, so you can begin to experience its transformational effects. Explore body alignments and breathing techniques in this flow-based class where classical yoga poses are taught, along with variations and modifications to accommodate all levels. Synchronise breath and movement while developing strength, stability and flexibility; be present with yourself and find harmony of the mind, body and spirit.

ZUMBA® FITNESS is a cardio-dance workout consisting of low-intensity and high-intensity moves with easy to follow steps for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Classes are accompanied by a lot of fun, motivation and sweat because working out should be fun whilst getting the results you thrive for. Various and new routines are regularly being introduced; classes are engaging, have trendy content and music choices are kept up to date. Healthy Heart: Healthy Heart is designed to help keep your heart heathy and body supple. This class is ideal for anyone but epically those that have raised blood pressure and heart issues. Staying active will help keep your heart healthy and your mind young. Reducing the risk of cardiovascular diseases.

Spin&Tone Mixed format designed to improve fitness levels using indoor cycling and toning exercises  

Highway express spin: Steve will get those legs screaming and his heart pumping during this flat out high speed class..  

Heatwave Spin: The room is warmed to around 28 - 30 degrees; although the intensity is reduced the extra demand on the body to keep its temperature regulated will have some great side effects: It will help your body’s ability to cool effectively, increase your sweat sensitivity (sweat sooner) as well as others #Minimum requirement to attend this class is that you should have done a least two or three normal spin in advance, you will have to have a least one 500ml water bottle and a sweat towel. If you don't have the correct equipment you will not be able to take part.  

Spin4All: Spin4All class is good for beginners as it will use a mixture of different riding styles, class format and music speeds to set the tone, it is also great for more experienced riders who want to push that little bit more and use the class to focus on fitness maintenance. The class will help improve cardiovascular fitness levels and burn hundreds of calories.  

Spin4Beginners Class designed for anyone new to spinning and wants to give it a go. Louis will help work of those calories thought a range of music and cycling styles in this 30 minute class. This class aimed at those starting out at spin but is open to those who just wanting to keep those legs rolling.  

Power Up: Using the IC7's power training feature this class will be designed to developing fitness and power (watts) by exercising using your FTP (Functional Threshold Power). Power is the most effective form of measuring output. We suggest that you perform one of the two FTP test available on the IC7 spin bikes before attending the class, this will give you a number in watts that is sustainable for over 1 hour - Your FTP. Once you have completed this test you will be able to train to an accurate percentage of power which Ant will set though out the session.  

3Pillars 3Pillars as the name suggests, will work three areas of fitness, - strength, self-powered cardio and agility.

Row30 Row30 is a rowing base training class using our concept2 rowers. Based around intervals and splits this class will be a perfect balance of cardio and strength training. New to the rower don’t worry we will teach you all you need to know.
