About Daniel Marek

Being a Personal Trainer has enabled me to combine my skill as an educator with physical performance. It is my belief that everyone deserves to feel strong and my mission is to empower my clients physically and mentally to be their best. I'm committed and passionate about providing the highest quality in coaching training for all of my clients. My gift and my skills are to make people happy by helping them to look and feel good about themselves. I love and enjoy sharing my experience with regards to all aspects of fitness. I have always been extremely excited about most sports, but the most amazing sport for me is boxing. A boxing workout is one of the most effective ways to lose weight, tone up, gain strength physically and mentally. I work with experienced boxers, novices and those who just looking for a fun and challenging new workout. Attack/defence, strength, power and speed, that's some of the skills I will teach you to improve your fighting ability. Learn strong combinations of punches, practice various methods of blocks, punching bag strikes, footwork and personal one on one pad work, taking your boxing training to another dimension.
