I am known to be a highly creative strength and functional trainer that focuses on you

I have been a PT for 8 years and have also worked and gained experience at many gyms in London

I have a pro Judo/Jujitsu background where I represented Great Britain a number of times each year. I am a GBR champion 3 years in running

I started at the age of 6 training 3/4 days a week and competitions every weekend


I offer you the best effective unique workouts and programs, balanced diet for your individual goals and fitness levels, which I promise are tailored to maximise your results, firstly focusing on your form and technique, tempo and breathing. This is crucial for me to elevate you to the best level in all areas of your fitness targets. This is the main area people struggle so let me teach you how.

I am an all round trainer in all areas and I like to perfect myself and clients upper and lower bodies making sure all are equal in strength, endurance and stamina with strong a core
